GMail Team has integrated two new features to GMail Chat, graphical emotions and group chat. By using graphical emotion menu, user does not have to remember the keyboard code for each emotions. If a user want to express something through emotion symbols, just select the corresponding emotion icons from the menu provided with GMail Chat.
Group chat feature will help a lot if many users want to communicate or convey some commons messages in a private way.
We can also hope that the group chat feature will help to bring out private discussion forums through GMail chat. I tried out these feature in GMail chat, its working fine. But I could not explore the same in GTalk. Please share with us, if you find any way to do the same in GTalk.
