Google team incorporated label highlighting feature in GMail, by allowing users to add colors to each labels. This coloring feature will help the GMail users to easily identify mails from different people. Apart from the coloring feature, there is a small label button along with each mail that will let users to easily remove a particular label from a mail.
GMail is providing each feature one by one, by allowing users to understand and explore the full potential of its features. This is far better approach other than flooding all the features in a single streach, leaving users to know about very few common features.
